Orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days during non peak season.
We recommend using Priority shipping service with insurance for the jewelry order.
We recommend using Xpresspost USA shipping service with insurance for the jewelry order from USA.
We recommend using Xpresspost International shipping service with insurance for the jewelry order from countries other than Canada and USA.
If you are requesting a refund of your purchase, Guelph Organic Life will not cover any original shipping, handling, and insurance charges previously applied.
Guelph Organic Life will not be responsible for loss or damage during shipments.
Items can only be delivered to the shipping address indicated at the time of placing the order. Addresses cannot be modified once the order has been placed or once the order is in transit. We recommend you inspect your package for damage or tampering before signing and accepting it. A signature is required upon delivery and cannot be waived. Orders cannot be delivered to hotels, freight forwarders or post office boxes.
All orders purchased by customers who live overseas are considered final sale. We’re so sorry we can’t accept returns from our international customers.
